James has more than 13 years’ experience in training and consulting, business to business sales, leadership and professional development roles. He has coordinated trainings, coached, worked with executives and staffs of global firms including Citibank, Orange, T-Mobile, Congo Embassy in Poland, G4S, Henkel and many more.

James’ core purpose as your personal coach is to modify and strengthen the true motives of your goals, provide the right tools needed for your success, help you get the Result you need to be much more productive and to hold you accountable to the success you know you deserve.

To James, Coaching isn’t just about asking the right questions, it is really about you achieving your desired Results and a sincere exploration of who you are and what you are really capable of doing and achieving.

Due to James’ schedule and commitments, he can only work with a handful of clients and he prefers to work on a minimum 8 months program to maximize your benefit. James can also give an all-day strategies coaching sessions with your teams.
